    Cons: Currently, there is limited integration with popular CRMs and Helpdesk software, but the team is actively working on developing integrations with leading CRMs.

    Pros: First, i want to say thank you to Dary (our Customer Success agent) who makes sure that everything is working and that we are satisfied, she is involved in every decision we make and always thinking about how she can improve our satisfaction.
    the support team is also very nice and willing to help every time and they do it with joy, definitely the best.

    Cons: Actually, everything that I need I tell to Dary and it is solved so I have no Cons at the moment.

    Pros: I've been using Squaretalk for almost a month. It is a great service that helps the telemarketing team to dial more calls. The support is amazing, they go out of their way to fix your issues very quickly. It is highly recommended!

    Cons: There are no sounds when a team member is making the calls. So, the team doesn't know if the system is dialing the number or not. We would like to see this call sound added.

    Overall: Would recommend it to the team.

    Cons: The Design is outdated but it isn't really that big of a deal.

    "Ease of use, and great customer service"

    Pros: We have been using Squaretalk for several years now, implementing the VoIP phone and logs that are incorporated into our CRM. It's very easy to use, and whenever we have had issues, the customer service is great. They respond quickly by email or telephone, and when needed with desktop sharing.

    Cons: I don't really see cons to using the service. It's easy to use, and easy to top off the minutes allowed when needed instead of having to pay a flat amount each month whether we use the minutes or not.

    Overall: Overall it's been a great experience and we'll continue using Squaretalk for our VoIP phone service for our business.

    Pros: Ability to monitor calls.
    Never had a call drop.
    Ability to call anywhere in the World.
    Having a local number.
    Ease of billing.

    Cons: Can be difficult to setup initially.
    2 different portals can be confusing to use sometimes.

    Overall: Overall the software has been very positive for us. Our staff use it daily to call all our customers around the World. Line quality is quite good and we never really have connection issues.

    Pros: The systems is flawless we make 1000s of calls every week and everything runs like clockwork.

    I can honestly say none of our agents have complained of a dropped line or bad signal same goes for our clients.

    The support team and account managers are first class and nothing is to much trouble for them.

    Cons: The white labelling of IP addresses before access to systems can be a little frustrating.

    Overall: We have used many VoIP providers over the years and hands down Squaretalk is the best at every aspect.

    Pros: The guys are very flexible and have that problem solving mentality that you need in a service provider.

    Cons: The only thing I can point out as a negative is that there is a minimum for Matrix users, but that's not too much of a deal.

    Overall: Good guys that can be recommended as a reliable VOIP partner for your business. Name it, they have it.
